PAMELA_PAEK_HEADSHOT4.jpg

PAMELA L. PAEK (Here We Are) - kim (supporting)

Pamela Paek relishes self-expression and creativity in as many forms as she can juggle: acting, stand up, improv, poetry, storytelling, and general all-around asking people to own who-they-are-ness. She experiences acting as another way to expand her empathy and understanding of others, as well as to better get to know herself. Pamela spends most of her time, when not on the road for work or exploring the world (or reminding people she doesn’t like to be called Pam), filming her cockatoo Chilly and his many crazy antics. She never knows what to include in bios and fears that what was excluded could have been more interesting. Maybe not fun fact: Poke is her latest fave food.

JAMES C. LEARY (Buffy The Vampire Slayer) - david (supporting)

James C. Leary’s television credits include a two-year stint as Clem, the loose-skinned demon on the critically acclaimed hit Buffy the Vampire Slayer starring Sarah Michelle Gellar. He also had roles in HBO’s The Comeback, with Lisa Kudrow, and NBC’s Passions. He was also the Mustachioed Madman making rash decisions in the "I Feel Great" Nutrigrain commercial which hit a cultural nerve in the pre-YouTube internet days, logging over 22 million views. James co-wrote, co-produced and co-starred in the award-winning short film Stunt C*cks, a light-hearted spoof of the adult entertainment industry, with co-stars Lou Diamond Phillips, Scott Thompson and Ron Jeremy. The film played to sold-out crowds at film festivals around the country and won the audience award for best short film at the Deep Ellum film festival. His other credits include a starring role in the award-winning, critically acclaimed sitcom Los Beltrán. In its two-year run, Los Beltran broke new ground as the first original comedy produced for Spanish language television in the United States. James brought his own undeniable energy and unique comic flair (he didn’t speak a word of Spanish) to the show as Kevin, the Beltrán family’s very American, flamboyant neighbor who rents an apartment from them with his same-sex partner Fernandito. The show received two GLAAD Media Award nominations (2000 and 2001) for Outstanding Comedy Series. He also provides the voice for the characters El Toro, The Frogfather, Duck Holiday and many others for MMORPG hits Pirate101 and Wizard101.

IAN PALA (The Long Road Home) - daft art fan (bit)

Ian Pala is an actor based in of Austin, Texas but he’s pretty much from nowhere.  He was born in Spain and lived in Miami, Colorado Springs, San Antonio and College Station before finding his way to Austin.  He is trained in Meisner, Improv and the Alexander technique. Television credits include co-starring roles in Queen of the South, The Long Road Home, and The Originals. When not acting or debauching he likes to restore classic cars, motorcycles, and also has renovated a house or two. After learning what books were at a late age, he found an enjoyment for the beat generation and their derivatives. Oscillating between jovially manic and obsessively hard working, you’ll have an easier time predicting the weather after being held captive in a subterranean dungeon for 6 months in an undisclosed hemisphere than trying to predict when Ian shows up. You may have seen him recently in The Long Road Home, Queen of the South or The Originals. This is his first TurtleDove production.
